What kind of shape are you in heading into this cross country season?
Pretty good shape, I started running in early August
How did your track season go last spring? What were your best times, places or races?
It went well, I ran a 51:60 400m and a 2:02:10 800m
What are your goals for this season on an individual level?
I want to finish top 10 at the state meet.
What did your summer training look like?
I lifted weekly but did not run until August. I did a Sanford Power program over the summer.
What are your favorite workouts?
Short distance workouts (timed miles, repeated sprints)
What is your favorite pre-race: Meal? Music? Routine?
Pasta, I like to listen to rock like skillet and three days grace, and I like to stretch before races and get my legs warmed up good.

Tenth avenue north, Hillsong United, Lecrae, KB, Chris Tomlin, Matt Maher, Skillet, Jack Johnson
Favorite subject in school?
I love playing sports especially basketball and ultimate frisbee, and I like hanging with friends.
