USTFCCCA DIVISION II POLL

NEW ORLEANS
- The Augustana men's cross country team is ranked ninth and the women are ranked 11th in the first regular season national rankings released Wednesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Adams State men's and women's programs were again ranked No. 1.

The Vikings, who open the season this weekend, had their men's team check in at No. 10 and women at No. 11 in the preseason poll released on Aug. 26.

Both the women's and men's teams were the preseason favorites in the NSIC Preseason Coaches' Poll released in August.

The cross country season gets underway on Saturday when the Vikings travel to Minneapolis for the Roy Griak Invitational, one of the largest meets in the country.
