Augie Women Punch Ticket to Nationals
The Augustana women finished third behind champion, Minnesota-Duluth and runner-up Southwest Baptist to make another appearance at the NCAA DII National Cross Country Meet in Spokane, WA.
University of Mary’s Jennifer Agnew put on an unchallenged display of front-running to capture the Women’s Championship race with a 6,000 meter time of 20:26 to finish nearly twenty seconds in front of Augie’s Kristin Brondbo.
