A 'W' For Julia Heymach in Season Debut
No. 17 ranked Julia Heymach made her season debut on Friday night with an 11:17.7 win over two miles at the Friday Night Lights at The Woodlands. Despite muddy conditions, the senior from Houston Lamar led the top five girls under 12 minutes. Junior Reagan Kappel of Katy Cinco Ranch was second in 11:34.7.
Heymach's best effort over the course is an 11:09 run in 2014.
