<p> <strong>SOUTH DAKOTA POWERHOUSE PROGRAMS</strong></p> <p> This is a new series modeled after the MileSplit US Powerhouse Rankings. &nbsp;How does it work? &nbsp;The 50 best athletes in each classification of events: Sprints, Distance, Hurdles, Jumps and Throws are ranked in descending order, with 1st place receiving 50 points, 2nd place scoring 49 points and so forth.&nbsp;</p> <p> Team scoring is based on the sum of individual scores, just like in a normal track meet- except the South Dakota Powerhouse Rankings goes 50 deep!&nbsp;</p>
