RAPID CITY � It was the best of times and it was the worst of times for the Bobcat boys� cross country team at the 2013 Class AA State Meet at Robbinsdale Park in Rapid City as senior Addison DeHaven repeated as the medalist, but Brookings underperformed as a team. RAPID CITY � Elkton-Lake Benton head coach Ervin Gebhart told his team to go out and do what it has been doing all season � and the Elks did exactly that. Elkton-Lake Benton won the Class B state boys� cross country title on Saturday afternoon at Robbinsdale Park in Rapid City.
