What kind of shape are you in heading into this cross country season?
Decent shape...i'm getting into better shape every day!
How did your track season go last spring? What were your best times, places or races?
Last track season was probably my best track season. My best races were at the Dells Invite when I qualified in the mile and our medley team qualified, too
What are your goals for this season on an individual level?
Be a good team leader, push myself to work hard, and place well at every meet
What did your summer training look like?
Mostly running 3-6 miles 5 days a week
Who do you see as the top individuals in the state (and class, AA, A or B)?
For class A, probably Emily Hawkes, Hailey Streff, Maisey Bainbridge, Tori Glazier & Maddie Lavin. For class B, Laura Nelson, Macy Heinz, & Genevieve Clark
What are your favorite workouts?
Hill workouts
What is your favorite pre-race: Meal? Music? Routine?
Before meets I eat pasta, listen to music, stretch, and try to not to think too much about the race
Favorite music, bands?
I love Kid Cudi & Florida Georgia Line!
Favorite subject in school?
Science & art
Hobbies?
I love music, going to the lake, traveling, and of course, running

I think I’m in pretty good shape.

Good.12:04 in the 3200 meters.

That I help my team move closer to state

Lots of miles

What are your favorite workouts?
I like the hill workout and the loop workout.
What is your favorite pre-race: Meal? Music? Routine?
I love to eat spaghetti before a race and watermelon after a race. I just listen to up -songs, it makes me feel like I can run faster. I stretch, do in's and out's and jog.
