What kind of shape are you in heading into this cross country season?

Highlight Pretty good running shape

How did your track season go last spring? What were your best times, places or races?

Highlight Not as many meets as previous years due to weather. My favorite races where qualifying or getting a record and getting PR's in my events and the medley at state.

What are your goals for this season on an individual level?

Highlight As a team, we'd like to return to state and my goal is to be running my best by the time the big meets roll around.

What did your summer training look like?

Highlight This summer was so fun, training-wise. I met talented runners from all over SD at 5ks and camp and it's great catching up with them at meets.

Who do you see as the top individuals in the state (and class, AA, A or B)?

Highlight RCC and Tamara Gorman in AA, Madison & Garretson girls in A and Laura Nelson & the Ipswich runners in B

What are your favorite workouts?

Highlight Hills and long runs out in the country

What is your favorite pre-race: Meal? Music? Routine?

Highlight I like to eat pasta the night before I don't listen to any music really, and I like to jog some of the course and stretch
